There has been much commentary in the news lately about restaurant labeling….fast food joints already do it but should fancy restaurants be required to provide a label of what’s in their food? Even if they did, would it change how you order? Would you order The Keg’s honey barbecue ribs knowing they contained 1,975 calories — almost the equivalent of four Big Macs? Some of you wouldn’t.
