To that end, you have realized at this point that you want to provide them with an entirely scholarly response to some issues that you know will be important to them. As a result, you are going to create a short scholarly white paper regarding a corporate topic of interest related to a relatively emotional issue in the company.

Utilizing the resources for this course, as well as four (4) outside sources, you are to write a 1850- word position paper which discusses the relevance of maintaining an organization culture with the capacity to endure difficult times and to be resilient in times of failure and to learn from it. · Component 2: Discuss the importance of learning from failure and difficult times. How can failure drive a company towards innovation?

· Component 3: Compose two discussion questions for the C team to reflect upon.
