resource management plan which includes;

1. An explanation of the costs associated with
the use of resources – Human,Financial and physical resources

2 An evaluation of how budgeting is used to
plan, monitor and control resources and
costs in your organisation, including
recommendations for improvements.

3 A resource plan that forecasts the
requirements and budget for the next 12
months, this should include workforce and
all relevant services and supplies required
for the department/organisation to meets
its objectives. Use attached cash flow template for 12 month resource plan
