So how effective is a platform that permits workers ranging from all being in a multi-story building to a scenario of being located globally collaborate?  How can a manager build a team when no one has physically met each other?  Do the same leaders emerge in a virtual setting as in a physical setting?  Does collaboration always have to include everyone?
