Title – ERP system versus Manually inventory system At Amneal Ireland.

Introduction – Asses the need to implement an ERP system. Cost analysis, Data control, single source system.

Currently Amneal use a manual system for inventory control. During this Study Amneal will be assessed on current practises and costs. Amneal will then be given the advantages of rolling out a ERP system, where advantages of using ERP regarding stock control and inventory movements will be given and asses if there is a cost advantage over the next 5 years versus the current manual system.

Problem – Stock control and use of multiple systems. Data integrity of manually systems.

Purpose – Asses current practises and give an evaluation of ERP versus Manual systems
