As a nursing leader, you want to become a change agent in your department. Based on staff input of workplace operation issues, your own preferred leadership theory, and the influences of your workplace elements, **Select and describe a proposed change you would like to implement in your workplace. **This change should be something that is realistic and relevant to your workplace now and has not occurred already.
